Our care consultants take on a coordinating role and act as the central point of contact for all questions related to the care situation. They ensure that suitable solutions are identified and that the next steps are implemented in a structured way. Within the first two consultation hours, it becomes clear together whether further care management support is appropriate and desired.

What is care management?

Our care consultants provide close guidance and, if desired, take on a coordinating role. For example, they help to find suitable services, plan and coordinate appointments, or support conversations with professionals and authorities. Administrative tasks can also be eased, such as support with applications, forms or contracts.
